Next chapter • After the fleet

Robots that add jobs.
Not replace them.

BizBase is building a responsible pathway to bring autonomous robots into Nebraska workplaces — expanding capacity while protecting and advancing the existing workforce.

Humanoid deployment follows transport operations. Additive-only. Always.

The BizBase Additive Robotics Program

Robots are introduced strictly to grow capacity and handle dangerous or repetitive tasks — never to displace current workers. Every humanoid deployment includes a 24–36 month no-layoff guarantee, or equivalent workforce protection, while the existing team is upskilled and advanced.
Working hand-in-hand with Nebraska state and county leaders to create incentives, grants, and clear guidelines that make adoption safe and attractive.
Companies commit to upskilling and advancing their existing team members as robots take on the most physically demanding work.
Workspace assessment, robot training, safety certification, and ongoing optimization — so companies succeed quickly and safely.

Why Nebraska is the Right Place

Strong Manufacturing & Ag Base

Nebraska already has forward-thinking automation initiatives and real labor shortages that robots can help solve responsibly.

Existing Workforce Protections

Current state and county grants already include “no displacement” language — a natural foundation for additive robotics.

Economic Leadership Opportunity

Nebraska can become a national model for responsible AI and robotics adoption that grows jobs instead of replacing them.

Let’s Build This Together

The robotics program is the long-term core. Near-term work is the autonomous fleet. If you are an employer thinking about humanoids, we will talk — after we are honest that transport is first.
